Do you offer a "Buy Now Pay Later" option?

What is "Print on Demand" (POD)?

Most of our products are print-on-demand by partners, which means they are printed after you order them. This adds some processing time, but it allows us to rotate our design selection and offer our products in more colors and sizes.

Best of all, POD is way better for the environment, since we never have wasted inventory! The production process also uses fewer harmful chemicals than traditional screenprinting.

How long until my product ships?

The short answer: depends.

Currently, all of our products are printed-on-demand. Here are the expected shipping times by product style:

Patterned Products: 7-10 business days
Includes button downs, tank tops, dresses, and polos

Graphic Products – up to 7 business days
Includes t-shirts, hoodies, and aprons

Keep in mind that shipping time is in addition to this.

What's with the long delivery times?

Since the majority of our products are printed on demand (this reduces waste and allows us to keep designs rotating), it can take quite a while to receive them.

If you’re sending the order as a gift and need it delivered sooner, consider adding a gift notification at checkout. We’ll send then a notification on the date you select that a gift is on the way, as well as tracking information when available (without pricing).

Do you offer discounts?

Hell yes! We’re always running specials and sales. To make sure you never miss one, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter.

Do you have a sizing guide?

If applicable, each product’s sizing guide can be found right under the “Add to Cart” button.

How often do you add new designs?

We try to add a new design at least once every 2 weeks, but this can vary. The best way to make sure you’re always in the know is to subscribe to our newsletter.

What if I want one of your designs on a product or color that isn't offered?

Sometimes we can accommodate this type of request, as long as we don’t have to alter the design size or color. We can sometimes also print a discontinued design.

I have the best idea for a design! Will you print it?

We’re always looking for inspiration so let us know! If we determine that the idea meets our standards and we add it to the store, we’ll send you $50 in store credit!

Shipping + Returns

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping based on the products in your order. For most orders, standard shipping won’t exceed $5.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on the product style. Here are approximate times by shipping location:

United States – 5-7 business days
Includes t-shirts, aprons, hoodies, dresses, and tank tops

China – 10-15 business days
Includes button downs

Keep in mind that you need to add production time to this to calculate when your product will arrive. Each product page has the latest estimated total delivery time listed.

How do I track my package?

I need to cancel or change my order

Since our orders are automatically printed-on-demand by outside vendors, we cannot cancel or change an order once it enters production.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to intercept and edit/cancel your order.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within a weeks’ time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

I need to make a return/exchange

If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us here, and we’ll make it right ASAP!

Since we operate on a POD model, we can’t always accept returns/exchanges outside of wrong/damaged products. That being said, we want you to be happy, so returns/exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you ordered the wrong size, provided an incorrect address, or simply changed your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll evaluate if we can accept the return or exchange.

Buy Now, Pay Later with Affirm

Can I pay off my purchase early?

Yes! There’s no penalty for paying early.

How do I make my payments?

You can make or schedule payments at affirm.com or in the Affirm app for iOS or Android. Affirm will send you email and text reminders before payments are due.

Can I return an item I bought with Affirm?

Yes—you can return an item you bought with Affirm by initiating the return process with the store.

Does checking my eligibility affect my credit score?

No—your credit score won’t be affected when you create an Affirm account or check your eligibility. If you decide to buy with Affirm, this may impact your credit score. You can find more information in Affirm’s Help Center.

Do I need a mobile number to use Affirm?

Yes, you’ll need a mobile phone number from the U.S. or U.S. territories. This helps Affirm verify it’s really you who is creating your account and signing in.
